Refund & Exchange Policy
We do not offer refunds or exchanges once goods are sold. However, should you receive a defective product, an exchange can be arranged. Please be advised that requests for exchanges due to defects must be made within 7 days of receiving your parcel. We will guide you through the process.
Please note that daily lenses, free lenses or sales/ clearance promo sales items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges regardless of the circumstances.

Shipping Information
Dispatch Schedule: Orders are dispatched every Sunday.
Delivery Time: Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Note that this timeframe does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $3.50 is applied to all orders.
